Unterstützung von ID-Attributen hinzugefügt, so dass MOA-SP diese auch parsen kann. (RSCH)
Konkrete Änderung: Mini-dtd wurde hinzugefügt; Element XMLContent in VerifySignatureEnviroment gegen Base64Content ausgetauscht.
