Refactor: Deduplicate Code by Simplifying MarshallerConfig
- Move JaxbM initialization into Marshaller such that it can be used
in tests without Spring's Application Context.
- Remove SpringRunner from Mzs2MsgConverter Test, which makes the test
run faster.
